Our bees work tirelessly from the very first days of spring. They begin by gathering nectar from early blossoms such as apricot, cherry, and peach trees. 
As the season warms, they move on to wild spring flowers like mustard, arugula (rocca), caper, and a variety of wild herbs; creating a Raw Golden Honey with a light fruity taste and delicate floral notes.

تعمل نحلاتنا بلا ملل منذ بدايات الربيع، تبدأ بجمع الرحيق من أوائل الأزهار مثل المشمش والكرز والخوخ.
ومع ارتفاع درجات الحرارة، تنتقل إلى أزهار الربيع البرية مثل الخردل والجرجير والقبار والأعشاب البرية، لتنتج عسلًا ذهبيًا طبيعياً بطعم فاكهي خفيف ونكهات زهرية ناعمة.
