"البادية" هو زيت زيتون بكر ممتاز ذو مذاق منعش وقوي وحاد نسبيا. يتكون هذا الزيت من زيتون تم حصاده في بداية موسم الخريف، ليحافظ على أعلى نسب من مضادات الأكسدة الطبيعية في الزيت.
